In 2004, Hayley Williams, Josh Farro, Zac Farro, and Jeremy Davis started the band Paramore. They released their first album All We Know Is Falling in 2005. They have since released five other albums, but Hayley Williams is the only one who has been part of the band for all six albums. The band currently consists of her, Zac Farro, and Taylor York. During this time, Williams has also released three solo albums. Her latest, Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party, was released earlier this year. She released this one under the record label that she created, Post Atlantic.
Beyond her music, one of the things she is most recognized for is her hair color. The color of her hair directly correlates with the albums she has put out, both solo and with Paramore. The first album, she had a dark red color, and has gone through many other colors, and it is currently yellow. She also created the company Good Dye Young, a hair dye company, in 2016 with her hair stylist, Brian O’Connor. They have fun names for the colors, including some based off of Paramore songs and Hayley’s hair color during that time.
